You are:
An experienced AI & Data Program Manager that brings structure and rigor to deployments, ensuring that cross‑functional teams are aligned and projects are executed with high quality and speed. You are very comfortable with driving conversations across diverse stakeholders, can manage evolving requirements and operate in a rapidly changing environment with the high energy and enthusiasm to inspire your team.

This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area. Preferred hiring locations for this role is Mississauga.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross‑Team Coordination: Align engineering, product, customer teams, and partner groups to maintain seamless execution.
- AI Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of conversational agents-including intent mapping, training data acquisition, model fine‑tuning, and production rollout.
- Stage Tracking: Drive structured deployment plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are monitored and managed.
- Deployment Governance: Establish frameworks and processes that ensure consistency, quality, and delivery discipline.
- Architecture & Integration: Collaborate with engineers to define how agents interact with internal APIs and databases, including use of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) to ensure grounded and accurate responses.
- Capacity & Token Planning: Manage technical constraints such as Tokens Per Minute (TPM), Requests Per Minute (RPM), throughput, and latency targets to deliver an optimal user experience.
- Performance Benchmarking: Define and track AI‑specific KPIs including Containment Rate, Intent Recognition Accuracy, and First‑Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Risk & Governance: Lead “Red Teaming” activities and safety reviews to identify and mitigate hallucinations, bias, and security vulnerabilities in customer‑facing interactions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- 7+ years of Program Management & Delivery Leadership experience - Planning, governing, and driving complex AI and data initiatives end-to-end by aligning scope, timelines, funding, and resources while keeping teams accountable.
- 5+ years of Agile program execution at scale - Coordinating multiple cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and adapting Agile practices to fit AI and data work.
- Demonstrated experience of AI & data technical fluency - Understanding the AI/ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and platform constraints well enough to assess feasibility, risks, and trade-offs without writing code.
- Demonstrated experience of strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Converting complex, probabilistic AI outcomes into clear business language while setting realistic expectations and priorities.
- Prior experience with direct client‑facing responsibilities (program reviews, solution workshops, executive communication).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Agent Studio, RAG‑based systems, LLM‑orchestration frameworks).
- Hands‑on familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI.
- Experience delivering AI‑powered customer engagement solutions or agentic workflow systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, feature stores, model monitoring).
- Prior experience managing technical teams or mixed vendor/partner teams in highly matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast‑moving, ambiguous product ecosystems and influence product direction.
- Exposure to API design, microservices architecture, or integration patterns supporting large‑scale AI deployments.
Required Certifications:
- Google Cloud Digital Leader or equivalent foundational cloud certification.
- Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) - to validate Agile delivery expertise.
Preferred Certifications: (Good to have)
- Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation)
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) or Professional Data Engineer (PDE)
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) - for large‑scale Agile program delivery.
- Certified AI Product Manager or equivalent (e.g., DeepLearning.AI AI Product Management).
- ITIL Foundation - for governance, change control, and release management in enterprise environments.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

British Columbia/Ontario $108,800 to $220,400
