Assignment:
Part-time 0.50 FTE probationary teaching position
Assignments to include:
Grade 7-9 Mathematics
Grade 7-9 Science
Grade 7-9 Ctf/Options/Com Courses
Duties to commence August 28, 2024 and will continue for the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year
Qualifications:
Experience Teaching in relevant courses as mentioned above
Strong technology and 21st century learning skills
Assessment literate
Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong classroom management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a team-orientated learning environment
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
An understanding of High School Redesign and the Collaborative Response Model would be considered an asset
