Senior Human Resources Analyst – Total Rewards & Strategic Programs

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Analyst to lead and support strategic HR initiatives with a strong emphasis on Benefits, Total Rewards, and Workforce Analytics. This career-level professional will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and change management of compensation and benefits programs, while also playing a key role in headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

Total Rewards & Benefits Strategy
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, including health & wellness benefits, retirement plans, and compensation structures.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Partner with vendors and consultants to evaluate and optimize benefit offerings.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, compensation trends, and benefits utilization.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage the total compensation budget, including headcount planning, salary forecasting, and monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor variances and provide detailed analysis to support financial planning and workforce strategy.
Project & Program Management
- Lead large-scale HR projects and programs from conception through execution, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Communication & Change Management
- Develop and execute communication strategies for HR programs and changes, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
- Support training and education efforts related to benefits and compensation programs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Any combination of Benefits, Compensation and/or Human Resources certification(s).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits, compensation, and data analytics.
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects and programs.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working closely with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
