The Senior Analyst, Corporate Security is responsible for supporting and enhancing Xplore’s physical security, threat monitoring, physical security incident response, and corporate protection programs. This role provides analytical, operational, and investigative expertise across multiple security domains—including physical security, workplace safety, loss prevention, executive travel security, crisis response, insider threat, and supply chain security. The Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, strengthen controls, respond to incidents, and ensure Corporate Security programs operate effectively and in alignment with organizational risk tolerance and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor, assess, and optimize physical security systems including access control, CCTV, alarms, and sensor technologies.
- Conduct audits of badge access, visitor activity, and physical security logs. Support implementation of security technologies such as biometrics, video analytics, and intrusion detection.
- Support physical security incident reporting, response coordination, and post-incident analysis. Partner with Health & Safety to improve safety protocols and mitigate operational risks.
- Contributes to the development and execution of evacuation, lockdown, and emergency action procedures. Investigate theft, loss, vandalism, and suspicious activity involving corporate assets or facilities.
- Assess and enhance anti-tampering, anti-theft, and high-value asset protection measures. Support centralized monitoring of physical security systems and real-time situational awareness.
- Collaborate with Security Operations to correlate physical and cyber threat indicators. Analyze threat intelligence, suspicious activity reports, and security trends to inform program improvements.
- Participate in crisis response activities, including communication support and coordination with first responders. Support HR, Legal, and Security in sensitive investigations involving potential insider risks.
- Evaluate vendor security compliance and logistics chain vulnerabilities. Monitor transportation routes for tampering, loss, or security anomalies. Support vendor audits and secure-transportation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Corporate Security standards, procedures, and response playbooks.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, risk summaries, and executive briefings. Provide subject-matter support to internal stakeholders on physical and operational security topics.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, investigations, or crisis response.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, access control systems, and incident response processes.
- Experience conducting investigations, threat assessments, and operational security analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and handle sensitive information with discretion
