Reporting to the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will provide support for the overall implementation of marketing promotions and programs for acquisition of new customers as well as current customer plan change initiatives. This role will also help to support the overall functionality of our systems as they relate to marketing, for new acquisition of new customers, as well as support for our sales channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Marketing Operations Senior Manager with the execution of new promotions and pricing change initiatives for both acquisition and current customer segments, including system integration requirements.
  • Assist in various marketing operational projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries related to the Send-A-Friend program, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and update back-end systems such as:
      1. Product Availability & Eligibility tables
      2. Coverage Locator tool
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and escalations in the Marketing Operations inbox, particularly those related to missing promotions.
  • Participate in decision-making processes involving:
      1. Research and resolution of escalations to Marketing Operations.
      2. Application of qualified program credits.
      3. Exception requests from various channels regarding product availability.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Some experience in a marketing, sales, or business analytics role.
  • A college degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce and Zuora
  • Working knowledge of SQL and AQT; SQL experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
  • Experience in a related industry is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required.
