Marketing Manager – Regional Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Regional Marketing Manager to join Xplore, a company delivering world-class connectivity through fibre, wireless, and next‑generation satellite services. Reporting to the Director, Regional Marketing, you will play a critical role in bringing Xplore’s promise to life across multiple provinces, with a strong focus on driving impact in rural and small‑town communities. Supported by a trusted network of local dealers and 24/7 Canadian‑based technical support, Xplore provides reliable Internet service and the peace of mind customers expect — and your role will help bring that promise to life across key regions.

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work from Xplore’s corporate office, with periodic regional travel to support local events, market launches, and on‑the‑ground initiatives.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key contributor responsible for developing, launching, and measuring localized marketing programs across priority markets. Working closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, and Network teams, you will ensure all regional efforts align with corporate objectives and effectively reach the communities we serve. Success will be measured by your ability to increase market penetration, accelerate speed to market for regional initiatives, and strengthen brand affinity within the regions you support. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution as you collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact initiatives that drive growth and deepen Xplore’s connection with customers at the local level.

Core Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Insights

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data, and Analytics teams to identify priority regions and understand market dynamics.
  • Translate regional insights into actionable marketing plans.

Localized Marketing & Community Activation

  • Lead hyper-local marketing campaigns for new service launches and service upgrades.
  • Develop and execute campaigns for mature markets with strong growth potential.
  • Coordinate community events, local partnerships, and grassroots initiatives.
  • Align timing and execution with sales teams for coordinated regional activation.
  • Work with Government Relations to plan and support community-focused PR opportunities.

Digital & Paid Media Enablement

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to develop targeted regional digital campaigns.
  • Monitor regional campaign performance and extract insights.
  • Collaborate with Web, Brand and Marcom teams on regionally relevant creative.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Work with pricing, sales leadership, retention teams, and other stakeholders to monitor competitive activity.
  • Recommend regional marketing tactics and pricing responses.
  • Ensure competitive insights are effectively shared with sales teams.

Reporting, Planning & Operational Support

  • Produce regular reporting on market penetration, channel performance, and cost of acquisition.
  • Stay aligned with Network and Data teams on rollout scheduling and impacts.
  • Support hyper-local customer advocacy programs, including referral initiatives.
  • Assist with budget planning, tracking, and management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, regional or field marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience executing localized or region-specific marketing programs.
  • Ability to analyze regional data and turn insights into action.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Project management experience across multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable using data and competitive intelligence to guide decisions.
  • Experience with community-focused marketing or hyper-local activation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and regional creative development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and basic budget management.
