Xplore Inc. is undergoing a major infrastructure expansion, and the Analyst, Insurance & Treasury will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s risk management and treasury frameworks required to sustain this growth.

The role helps protect the company by managing the end‑to‑end administration of the corporate insurance portfolio and safeguarding the business against contractual risks associated with construction and network deployment.

On the treasury side, the position contributes to financial planning by analyzing the corporation’s liquidity and capital profiles to provide insights that support both operational and strategic decision‑making. Success in the role relies on close collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams to translate complex financial and risk information into clear, actionable guidance.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing corporate insurance programs, including policy renewals, exposure identification, timely issuance of certificates, and maintenance of related documentation.
  • Review contracts for insurance requirements and compliance, maintain consistent alignment with underlying policy terms, endorsements, and overall enterprise risk practices.
  • Coordinate claims intake and management, liaise with insurance brokers and internal stakeholders to gather supporting information and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform detailed analysis related to debt schedules, cash-flows, and liquidity forecasts to support treasury planning, decision-making, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal, business, and other stakeholders to develop analytical insights that foster cross-departmental alignment.
  • Enhance internal processes and workflows for insurance and treasury functions, driving standardization initiatives and operational improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Background in or exposure to infrastructure finance considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge and experience in financial modeling.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions such as pivot tables, functions such as VLOOKUP, and general data manipulation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and convincingly communicate, both written and oral, with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities and tight deadlines.
