Under the guidance of Human Resources and the Staffing Officer, the Staffing Clerk maintains scheduling and relief in collaboration with the Patient/Resident Care Manager and other Management. Provides relief as required for the Staffing Officer, including sick and vacation relief.
- Experience with ESP computerized scheduling systems required; experience working with other computerized scheduling systems may be considered.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Experience in a similar or directly related position, preferably in a health care environment, preferred.
- Working knowledge of Collective Agreements in relation to schedules, overtime and replacement staff.
- Demonstrated customer service experience required.
- Successful completion of secondary education (Grade 12).
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.
