About the role:

What you'll do:\u00A0
  • Client assessments to develop individual care plans
  • Provide primary care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals \u00A0
  • Simple and advanced wound care, including complex and negative pressure wounds
  • Chronic Disease Management, e.g. diabetes care and education
  • IV therapy and CVAD management
  • Phlebotomy and specimen collection
  • Dialysis Management
  • Rehabilitative programs
  • Palliative and End of Life Care
  • Medication management
  • And many other critical nursing skills\u00A0
What we're looking for:\u00A0
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
  • Community health experience is an asset
  • Must enjoy driving, have a personal vehicle and possess both a current driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required; a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may also be necessary
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\u00A0
