SCHOOL: Haliburton Highlands Secondary School POSITION: 1.0 Long Term Occasional Teacher
(3 sections during semester 1) (3 sections during semester 2)
During the 2025-2026 school year, the above full-time long term occasional position will commence as soon as possible following the hiring process and terminate on Friday, June 26, 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the following:
Semester 1:
NBE3U - Grade 11 University English
Qualifications: Senior division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
ENG3E/4E - Grade 11 and 12 Essentials English
Qualifications: Senior division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
ENG1L - Grade 9 Locally Developed English
Qualifications: Intermediate division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
Semester 2:
ENG3E/4E/OLC - Grade 11 & 12 Essentials English
Qualifications: Senior division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
NBE3C - Grade 11 College English
Qualifications: Senior division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
ENG2L - Grade 10 Locally Developed English
Qualifications: Intermediate division is required, and English qualifications are preferred.
