Description
Assignment:
- Part-time 0.61 FTE temporary Educational Assistant position
- Duties to commence on January 12, 2026 and will continue until February 27, 2026 with the possibility of extension
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- To provide support and assistance to students in an Elementary School setting
Qualifications and/or Assets:
- Experience working with students with complex/severe needs
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment
- Background and/or experience with academic or behavioral needs
- Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
