Description
Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE Educational Assistant position
- Working directly with an individual student or in small groups of students in an Elementary classroom setting
- Duties to commence January 5, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
Qualifications:
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
- Experience supporting students and children with behavioural needs would be considered an asset
- Responsible for one-to-one work with a single student
- Ability to support literacy and numeracy
- Willingness to work in an active, team-orientated learning environment
- Additional responsibilities would include indoor and outdoor supervision duties
- Current First Aid and SIVA training would be considered an asset
