We are seeking experienced leadership professionals to join our talent pipeline for our new store opening in Fort McMurray on April 29, 2027. What You’ll Do- Lead, coach and develop large teams to achieve operational and business goals.
- Foster a customer-first culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.

- Three or more years of leadership experience in retail, operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, distribution or another fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Experience driving operational performance and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with common business systems and reporting tools.
- Experience managing multiple departments, functions or business units.
- Background in workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
- Experience leading change, process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
