You Are:

You are an experienced physical design engineer ready to take ownership of complex digital implementation challenges. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems with incomplete information, and are comfortable making trade-offs to achieve optimal results. With a strong background in RTL-to-GDS flows, you are skilled at using Fusion Compiler, ICC2, and scripting languages. You collaborate well with teams, communicate clearly, and are eager to mentor others and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Port designs into Fusion Compiler/Reference Methodology and validate RTL-to-GDS flows.
  • Perform sign-off for timing, EMIR, and physical verification.
  • Generate and analyze power reports using PrimePower and PTPX.
  • Automate workflows and improve processes with scripting.
  • Support design teams during critical PNR projects and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead implementation of new methodologies and best practices.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years in advanced technology nodes using EDA tools (DC, ICC2, Fusion Compiler).
  • Strong experience with Fusion Compiler and Reference Methodology.
  • Proficiency in RTL, TCL, Perl, Python, and automation scripting.
  • Understanding of physical design flows, PNR, DFT/ATPG, sign-off, and power analysis.
