Required for Ecole Mallaig School
Ecole Mallaig School requires a temporary 1.0 FTE teacher starting August 27, 2025 to December 19, 2025. Teaching assignment includes Jr. and Sr. High Home Economics, FSL Gr. 3-9, Jr. High Religion and Social Gr. 7.
Ecole Mallaig School, located in Mallaig, Alberta is a K-12 school with approximately 215 students.
The successful candidate will:
- have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- be committed to student-centered learning
- understand and correctly use formative/summative assessment
- practise effective differentiated learning strategies to ensure learning
- be collaborative and committed to building relationships with students, parents, staff
A College Certificate in Catholic Education will be considered an asset.
