WHAT TO EXPECT Would you like to join a dedicated team working to develop the best products on the market? We're looking for someone to manage several large-scale projects to support our growth in the agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, deadlines, overall project planning and success, while mobilizing the right technical resources to achieve your goal. - Manage the new product development project, from initial submission to production launch, following the Product Development Process (PDP).
- Work closely with all departments in the company and act as a conductor to ensure that everyone works efficiently.
- Create and follow the overall project schedule, while managing unforeseen events and constraints so as not to impact important deadlines;
- Monitor the budget
- Facilitate multi-departmental meetings and ensure that all collaborators are involved
- Find solutions to the various issues that will be encountered during the course of the project
- Present project progress reports to the Executive Committee
- Act as general point of contact for customers during development projects
