Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager

At Soucy Caoutchouc, our manufacturing engineering department is looking for a project manager whose main mandate will be to manage the production start-up of new rubber tracks and any changes that may be made to the design and the process, all while managing a small team.

Here's an overview of your tasks: 

• Plan, monitor and control all activities to ensure efficient and complete production by monitoring performance indicators
• Coordinate, support and mobilize your team in order to ensure the achievement of objectives and good cohesion between members
• Ensure the development of your team and each team member
• Work with the product development department to influence design based on manufacturing capabilities
• Collaborate and involve the production team in the development of industrialization projects
• Apply good project management practices with a view to operational excellence
• Ensure proper documentation of the project's execution steps in line with the product development process formalized in the organization's quality system
