As a member of the Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for supporting the team in carrying out various mandates, while also greeting visitors at the reception desk.
In short, here's what you'll be doing with your time:
- Support the human resources advisor in various activities related to labor needs
- Coordinate induction and integration activities for new employees
- Write and publish communiqués for employees
- Maintain up-to-date training in the computer system
- Participate in initiatives to improve HR department tools and practices
- Prepare various follow-up tables and tools
- Answer telephone calls
- Greet and direct customers
