WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR TIME?As a Customer Service Agent, you'll take care of all the customer requests for which you're responsible. In collaboration with the planning, production, quality and business development departments, you are the voice of the customer within the company.In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing:
- Enter orders into the system and carry out any necessary follow-up
- Process development requests/submissions;- Forward complaints to the quality department and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze customer sales (volume and $) and act proactively accordingly;- Contribute actively to the business relationship established and/or to be developed
- Represent and support customers in continuous improvement projects
