- Provide and forward quotations to customers, as well as all the information required for necessary for the follow-up of their projects
- Manage the various recharges made to customers
- Support and collaborate with the sales team, in particular with the Business Development Manager
- Assist and support the product development team in the follow-up of projects with customers
- Follow-up and manage customer orders and complaints
- Ensure that our manufacturing system
