We are looking for a Talent Partner who will lead high-impact technical searches for an industry leader in the mobile management space.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake discovery sessions with Hiring Managers to offer negotiations.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles to engage top-tier passive talent.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment trend analysis to influence hiring decisions.

  • Champion a "best-in-class" candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects SOTI’s employer brand.

  • Coordinate and administer candidate assessments and testing processes.

  • Represent the organization at recruitment events and career fairs.

  • Identify and implement recruitment process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.

  • Strategically manage external recruitment firm relationships and vendor performance to supplement internal capacity for specialized searches.

  • Partner with the broader People & Culture team on integrated initiatives, including strategic onboarding, HR reporting, and talent analytics.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of success in agency and/or corporate environments.

  • Expertise in recruiting for Software Development and technical engineering roles (SaaS or IoT sectors a strong asset).

  • Ability to navigate complex hiring environments and influence "challenging" stakeholders through data and consultative partnership.

  • Advanced-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and a diverse toolkit of modern sourcing platforms and ATS tools.

  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines while simultaneously leading niche searches and adjusting to competing priorities.

  • Highly skilled in results analysis, candidate testing administration, and using data to tell a story.

Replacement Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $85,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
