• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.• Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need.• Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, clean area etc.).• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
