Qualifications:
Required:
Required: TESL Ontario Certificate. In depth understanding of the
Canadian Language Benchmark framework and ability to apply it in lesson
planning and assessments. Proficient computer skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be flexible and
respond to a wide range of student needs and learning styles. Excellent
organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as a team
member.
Preferred: Experience in teaching Adult
ESL in a continuous intake classroom setting with individualized instruction.
Familiar with Canadian Citizenship test preparation curriculum.
