Our client is looking for a VNDLY Specialist to deploy, configure, support and test the implementation of the VNDLY platform with the HRIS team


The ideal candidate will reside within AB and be available to go onsite Calgary office when required


Must Haves:

  • 3+ years' hands on experience with the VNDLY platform
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring contingent workforce platforms.
  • Experience managing security group permissions and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Proficiency in creating and validating custom reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with data connectors and basic integrations between VNDLY, Workday, and other systems.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end feature implementations and work in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs, contracts, and policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, especially related to worker lifecycle and organizational structures.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of the VNDLY platform.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Procurement, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations.
  • Coordinate with VNDLY implementation partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and change management documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define and maintain a roadmap focused on feature enhancements, automation, and improved user experience.
  • Monitor and plan for feature releases in both VNDLY and Workday that impact contingent workforce processes.
  • Maintain operational support for VNDLY and Workday HCM, including security access, workflow updates, reporting, and data uploads.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and change management protocols.
  • Build strong working relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Corporate Technology teams.
