Our public sector client is seeking a Technology Enablement Lead to coordinate the overall technical implementation for a large transformational project, across a total involvement of 100+ people - 01056

Initial contract goes till April 13th 2027. 40 hours/week. Remote across Canada working in PST time zone.

Must Have:

• Ability to communicate and design and facilitate meetings, workshops for large initiatives with up to 40 attendees, and including offline input and coordination from up to 100 extended project members.
• Understanding business requirements and translating that for technical teams
• Technical leadership experience for large transformational projects.
• Experience coordinating across multiple software and operations teams for solution delivery.
• Experience running daily standups and scrums with an eye for delivery process improvements.

Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the overall technical implementation for a large transformational project, across a total involvement of 100+ people.
• Coordinate across BSA / BAs for documenting requirements in Jira stories, and all necessary tasks relating to driving out the requirements such as running/facilitating elaboration workshop and technical design workshops.
• Oversee design and development of the technical solution for Customer Data management and modernization.
• Coordination between SI partner consultants and project team members.
• Run daily stand-ups for specific streams of work, collaborating with different development teams.
• Coordinate solution testing, and oversee deployment readiness and rollout activities

Deliverables:

• Requirements, design, build, deployment, and sustainment documents.
• Status reports, budget reviews, technology risk and issues management.
• Technical resource forecasting and planning.
• Technical review of privacy and security assessments.
• Technology decision recommendations.
