Contract: 6 Months +
Work Model: 1-2 Days onsite in Vancouver, BC
Hours: 40 hours / week
Role Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Backend JavaScript (Node.js) experts to join our team. The ideal candidates will focus on maintaining and enhancing BAU JavaScript/Node.js applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean up existing backend code.
- Improve application performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to 2-3 team members.
- Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and Javascript (BACKEND with Node)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Experience with trading platforms is a plus (optional).
- Proven ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
