Systems Administrator/Application support specialist with 3+ years experience providing application support, configuration and reporting for a PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tool for a PMO (3008)

This is a 1 year contract and 100% Remote

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator/Application Support Specialist providing application support, configuration, and reporting for a PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tool ( ie: Planisware, Clarity, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project Online, etc)
• Experience with data governance within the PPM tool
• Advanced PowerBI skills to support dashboard and reporting development
• Strong PMO experience combined with the understanding how the tool supports the project lifecycle governance and portfolio management practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with capital project tracking and financial governance

What you will be doing:

• The PPM Systems Administrator within the PMO Centre of Expertise is accountable for the governance alignment, configuration, and continuous evolution of the PMO’s Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platform.
• This role ensures the platform aligns with corporate project standards, supports portfolio visibility, enables reliable reporting, and safeguards data integrity across all inflight initiatives.
