Sr. Systems Analyst to support a Municipal client with multiple levels of tasks including systems Maintenance, Integration and reporting and DBA maintenanc

Our client is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst to support a Municipal client with multiple levels of tasks including systems Maintenance, Integration and reporting and DBA maintenance.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Experience with SQL Server Database Administration
• GP, Pearl, FMW, Integrations, SQL
• Integration and Reporting (FME, SSIS and other ETL tools)
• Experience working with Municipal clients

Responsibilities:

• SQL Server Database Administration
• User Requests and Systems Maintenance including mandatory releases and upgrades for ERP system Microsoft Dynamics GP and CentralSquare Diamond ERP and other financial systems such as CentralSquare Pearl, PSD-Citywide Budgeting), Integration and Reporting (FME, SSIS and other ETL tools)
• Liaise directly with customers to resolve requests or contact the dedicated Systems Analyst to deal with escalations as required.
• Pro-actively perform pre-defined maintenance activity to ensure Database and Systems
• Handle all Maintenance tasks for GP, Pearl, FMW, Integrations, SQL
• Monitoring and ensuring patching (EG: Avanti Releases) are coordinated (project)
• Change Management meetings as required
• Regular review of queue and maintenance and projects as required (Eg: Knowledge transfer)
