On behalf of our GOC Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Secret Cleared Sr. Project Coordinator to Lead Integrated Planning and Execution Across SAP Teams. The Senior Project Coordinator will provide expert-level coordination and oversight for complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives under the Defence SAP Logistics Platform and associated projects


Performed remotely, this resource will start August and run until March 31st, 2026, with a very strong chance of renewal.


Job Tasks:

  • Prepare briefings and high-level reporting packages for executives and steering committees
  • Contribute towards the maintenance of integrated project plans and master schedules across workstreams
  • Coordinate dependencies, priorities, and resourcing across internal and vendor teams
  • Proactively monitor project performance against KPIs and support mitigation of schedule and cost risks
  • Manage stakeholder communications, meeting agendas, documentation, and project dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to governance processes, audit trails, and change control procedures
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, and status reporting for senior leadership
  • Identify and escalate project issues, ensuring resolution paths are documented and followed


Job RequirementsL:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating complex IT or technical projects, with at least 5 years in a federal or defence environment
  • Proven ability to manage integrated schedules and stakeholder communications across multiple teams
  • Experience with enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Clarity PPM) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality control practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting and facilitation
  • Valid Secret (Level II) security clearance or higher
