Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Power Platform and Copilot Agent Developer to develop Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions


Annual Salary approximately from $97,420.00 to $114,660 per year


Tasks include:

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio)
  • Contribute toward broader Power Platform solution delivery, ensuring continued impact across the platform ecosystem
  • As a senior technical practitioner, design and deliver secure, grounded, and governed AI agent solutions, integrating them with enterprise systems, support production operations, and help mature governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational, generative, and action‑driven agent experiences. This includes implementing and managing agent actions and integrations, connecting Copilot agents to enterprise workflows and systems using Power Automate (cloud flows only), APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure services, and third‑party platforms
  • Lead agent architecture and grounding strategies, including knowledge source design, context management, prompt/system instruction design, response quality controls, and evaluation considerations
  • Leverage Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio) to support agent solutions, including model selection, secure grounding on organizational data, and platform‑level observability and governance patterns
  • Contribute to Power Platform solution delivery (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI) ensuring high‑quality, well‑governed outcomes.
  • Apply enterprise governance, security, and compliance controls, including environment strategy, DLP alignment, access controls, auditing, logging, and operational readiness for AI‑enabled solutions while supporting ALM and release management practices, including solution packaging, environment promotion, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness standards
  • Provide senior‑level troubleshooting and production support, performing root cause analysis, reducing technical debt, and improving long‑term reliability while collaborating with and mentor developers and makers, contributing to reusable patterns, templates, documentation, and guidance to support safe and scalable adoption of Copilot agents


Must have:

  • Reliability level security clearance
  • Several years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise or highly governed environment
  • Demonstrated experience building Copilot Studio agents, including agent authoring, knowledge source configuration, action design, testing, publishing, and operational support.
  • Experience working with or alongside Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio) concepts such as models, agent services, grounding, evaluation, and observability
  • Strong experience integrating platform and agent solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, APIs, SQL, and external systems
  • Experience delivering solutions across multiple environments (Dev / Test / UAT / Prod) using solution based deployment and ALM practices and collaborating with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and developers to deliver well aligned outcomes
  • Experience enabling and mentoring others through standards, guidance, templates, and knowledge sharing


Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands‑on (coding) expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative answers, agent actions, publishing channels, and operational considerations as well as solid understanding of enterprise agent design patterns, including grounding strategies, context and memory management, tool/action orchestration, and response safety
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio) and how it supports enterprise AI agents and applications
  • Strong Power Platform skills, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud flows only), Dataverse, and solution‑based delivery
  • Experience with integration and extensibility fundamentals, including JSON, REST APIs, authentication concepts, and connector/integration strategies as well as with source control and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support skills for production environments
  • Experience with Python, as well as C#
