On behalf of our Defence based GoC client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Secret Cleared Sr CRM Dynamics Developers to support enterprise CRM applications within the Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).


This role will contribute to the DAPSD Technical Debt Reduction Project, focused on Human Resource Services and Support (HRSS) and Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP OMNI) applications. Both are built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and require specialized expertise to ensure long-term stability, performance, and integration.


Located in the National Capital Region, this contract will be performed remotely with some onsite meetings.


Job Tasks:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design MS Dynamics CRM solutions that align with project objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM components, including custom entities, workflows, plugins, and user interfaces.
  • Conduct option analyses to evaluate alternative technical approaches and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and system design specifications, application code with comments, and deployment guides.
  • Develop and execute unit test cases and document test results to ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Support system integration activities, including the development of secure interfaces with other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in the deployment of CRM solutions across development, staging, and production environments.
