Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Change Manager (10+ years) to assist with a new dental application program.


This new government mandate has been issued to help digitize and simplify various process/procedures in a large government department.


The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • 10 years’ experience within the past 15 years as a lead consultant or a change management consultant
  • A recognized accreditation or certification in change management (CCMP, CMS, CPCM, Prosci, APGM, AIM, etc.)
  • At least 5 years’ experience identifying resistance to change and providing counter strategies and solutions
  • Experience working in the Public Sector
  • Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance


Tasks Include:

  • Create specific change management plans with respect to training and orientation of employees for each major change/project
  • Develop a detailed work plan based on the change agenda and how the various changes will need to be implemented
  • Identify deviations in performance from the change standards and implement strategies for corrective action to achieve full organizational adoption to change
  • Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the project team and client staff through individual and group training, demonstrations, written instructions, and documents on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the project
  • Maintain all project artifacts as per established document management requirements for the department and Treasury Board (TB) policy
