Description
Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Secret Cleared Project Executive to develop the implementation plan and process for an electronic security system.
This new government mandate has been issued to help address aging infrastructure concerns.

Must Have:
- Experience developing threat, risk, and security assessments for the GoC
- University degree in Project Management, Computer science or equivalent
- Valid Secret Clearance
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Experience within cloud enabled projects
- Working within Agile Environment
- Experience with projects utilizing Microsoft 365 services
- Specify the general requirements of the system, develop broad system alternatives, and identify their administrative, economic and technical feasibility and practicality as well as associated policy and organizational change requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate the global system architecture, system designs, and system implementations at existing and upcoming installation sites through gathering and synthesizing project and site-specific requirements through workshops and providing implementation guidance to the department
- Produce overall plan of installations through identifying and synthesizing technical changes required for the underlying IT hardware and software infrastructure and providing impact analysis and implementation and maintenance guidance to the department
- Developing and maintaining system-specific project management deliverables such as, global infrastructure upgrade and enhancement plans, detailed site upgrade and enhancement plans, test plans, robust upgrade and enhancement schedules, statements of work, technical specifications, and support initial installations and follow-up enhancements and upgrades
- Supporting the development of IT & systems-related project management deliverables, including but not limited to: concepts of operations, threat and risk assessments, functional design descriptions, privacy impact assessments, sensitivity questionnaires, system architectures, operational and technical manuals and test procedures, system maintenance manuals and procedures
- Providing implementation and procurement support and analysis services
- Providing project planning, execution and status briefing and technical briefings to stakeholders
