Our utilities client is seeking a Sr SAP IS-U Solution Lead/Product Owner to act as a business-facing lead in guiding development teams for operations and project delivery - 51811005

This is a permanent full-time role. Hybrid working model in Burnaby, BC 2 days/week on-site. Est. salary range: $140K~$150K plus comprehensive benefits package including lifetime pension. Relocation assistance can be provided.

Must Have:

• 10+ years progressive experience working on SAP
• Experience with SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U)
• Meter-to-cash processes
• Utilities industry background

The SAP IS Utilities Specialist works within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group, the successful candidate will be the key player in driving SAP IS-U initiatives for operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing solution leadership and expertise in areas like meter to cash and non energy billing for all customer segments, residential, commercial, and industrial.

• Providing subject matter expertise for features and capabilities of SAP IS-U, FI-CA, Billing, Device Management, and closely integrated components like advanced metering infrastructure, customer experience including self-service functions & telephony/chat, and analytics/reporting.

• Identifying/initiating project/work program/improvement initiatives and solution roadmap based on business needs and industry best practices.

• Contributing to the success of sustainment operation and implementation projects as solution lead
