Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to define and capture both technical and non-technical requirements for a large GoC website.


This is a won contract, looking to start ASAP.


Must Have:

  • Business Analysis certification (IIBA, PMI, etc.)
  • Experience drafting business artifacts (Use Cases, epics, user stories, etc.)
  • Experience developing gap analysis for past/current/future state of solution
  • Experience documenting requirements of a Content management system (CMS)
  • Extensive experience with Jira
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Experience drafting and submitting RFI’s.
  • Valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance


Tasks Include, but are not Limited to:

  • Preparing and presenting findings, status and other relevant matters for consideration by Senior Management
  • Collecting and analyzing information and presenting findings on complex issues related to platform in question.
  • Carrying out or coordinating research as required and preparing reports.
  • Identifying and researching best practices.
  • Specifying the organization's objectives, developing policies, and or procedures, standards and plans to support the re-procurement activities.
  • Advising Senior Management on a range of issues affecting the organization and the platform.
  • Collecting and analyzing information and presenting findings on complex issues, carrying out or coordinating research as required and preparing reports.
  • Developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement activity to gather information to be turned into requirements.
  • Analyzing stakeholder's needs and preparing those to be turned into requirements.
  • Defining, developing, and implementing business strategies and plans
  • Developing Mission and Vision statements
  • Participating in scoping exercises
  • Preparing agenda, terms of reference, meeting notes from governance committees and other senior management meetings
