Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Bilingual Facilitator consultant to hold, lead and facilitate sessions with internal employees to identify, understand, and create upskilling sessions in project management.


Must Have:

  • Experience facilitating and leading teams through the design and development of complex transformation plans
  • Experience working at the Executive level in developing a broad range of processes and policies
  • Experience advising and mentoring within a project management office (PMO)
  • Relevant Canadian degree/diploma
  • Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance


Tasks Include:

  • Facilitating strategic and operational planning through providing advice on departmental strategy, project design, operational initiatives, and planning for operational readiness
  • Facilitating team building sessions through mentoring and training activities designed to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and strengthen collaboration among project teams.
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer, coaching and skills development, as seen in the delivery of mentoring, advising, and training in the field of project management, as well as the development of methodologies and frameworks facilitation techniques to engage audiences, flexibility in working with various group sizes and structures.
  • Providing electronic facilitation services through the development and delivery of presentations, briefings, and other documents, which are typically shared and discussed through digital platforms.
  • Moderating group discussions in the mentoring and advisor roles that support stakeholder engagement and collaborative decision-making processes.
  • Stimulating a constructive and clear exchange of ideas and promoting feedback is supported through the development of position papers and participation in consultations, encouraging open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
  • Time keeping and agenda management are supported by the structured planning of proactive reviews, defined tolerances, and scheduling of decision points, ensuring discussions remain productive and on track.
  • Planning and preparation of sessions, including understanding client needs and defining approaches, is part of the consultant’s responsibilities in providing strategic advice and developing operational and delivery frameworks.
  • Promoting group participation, mutual understanding, and shared responsibilities is demonstrated in the consultant’s support of stakeholder engagement, best practice development, and the incorporation of lessons learned.
  • Providing end-to-end facilitation in developing strategies, visual materials, presentations, and guidance, encompassing all stages of facilitation from planning to closeout.
