Description
The Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager
- At least one of the following certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP);
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM);
- Program Management Professional (PgMP);
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP);
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile
- Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP);
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMIPBA);
- PMI Risk Management Professional (PMIRMP); or
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP);
- At least 2 recent projects managing a PMO
- Minimum 2 years experience managing enterprise resource planning software or Enterprise COTS implementation project experience
- A university or college degree
- Valid secret clearance
- Experience managing or contributing to the management of Task Authorizations
Tasks Include, but are not Limited to:
- Create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality;
- Identify resources needs and works with program managers to assign individual responsibilities;
- Create and execute project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Manage both internal and external approvals;
- Work with Project Authority and stakeholders to develop and manage Task Authorizations;
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
