We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This pivotal role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to create robust, scalable solutions that meet both current and long-term needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations with third-party technologies, exhibit strong leadership in technical consultations, and champion innovation and quality across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise to support and manage the overall delivery of the scope and activities
• Defines the overall solution architecture
• Supports design and validation workshops on technical aspects and best practices
• Ensures alignment with enterprise security, scalability, and compliance standards
• Documents integration points and technical dependencies
• Manages offshore developers, provides technical guidance, and resolves blockers
• Validates deliverables against architectural standards
• Collaborates with the functional lead to triage defects across all phases (build, UAT, and post-go-live) for technical requirements
• Supports troubleshooting and advises developers on technical issues or defects
• Conducts technical reviews of configurations and integrations
• Ensures adherence to best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Deep, expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and platform architecture.
• Strong, practical experience with JavaScript, APIs, data imports, and web technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) required, with Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Master Architect (CMA) an asset.
• Proven ability to create detailed technical design documents, architectural diagrams, and documentation.
• Strong leadership and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
