Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist - SAP EWM/TM (Application User Support) to support the launch of a new distribution centre.

4-6 month contract

Must be willing to occasionally travel to Edmonton

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on warehouse systems specialist to support day-to-day operations and act as the bridge between warehouse users and SAP systems. This role is highly operational focused on troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring smooth execution on the warehouse floor.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience (inbound, outbound, inventory management)
• 3+ years working with SAP EWM as a super user/power user (not configuration-focused)
• 2+ years providing end-user support in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Proven experience troubleshooting process, data, and basic system issues (Tier 1/2 support)
• 1+ year experience working with RF/scanning devices (e.g., Honeywell, Zebra) in a warehouse setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and guide non-technical users on the floor

Nice-to-Have

• SAP TM knowledge
• Experience with UAT and go-live/cutover support
• Understanding of IDocs, integrations, or basic SAP data flows
• Experience creating SOPs or supporting training environments
