Senior Trainer to help with a AI training (Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini, Veo)

S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Trainer to help with a AI training (Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini, Veo) Open to either part time (20 hours/week) to support on the AI training or fulltime and utlize the other 20 hours towards copilot and M365 work.

Contract until Dec 31, 2026 with possibility of extension - preference for Vancouver candidates open to remote in Canada

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years in a IT Training role
• Experience training users on AI (Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini, Veo, etc)

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot/AI and Microsoft 365
• Train the trainer

AI Trainer responsibilities:

• Enable practical, responsible, and effective use of artificial intelligence across the organization through high‑impact training programs.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency with modern generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, VEO3, and similar platforms, along with a solid command of core AI concepts and vocabulary.
• Translate topics like generative AI, large language models, prompting, agents, automation, and responsible AI into clear, engaging, and role‑relevant learning experiences for audiences ranging from executives to individual contributors.
• In addition to AI tools, the AI Trainer demonstrates practical understanding of AI‑enabled workflows and automation, using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or equivalent tooling to show how AI can be embedded into real business processes end‑to‑end.
• Working closely with business leaders, functional teams, and AI specialists, the AI Trainer designs hands‑on workshops, real‑world examples, and reusable learning assets that drive adoption, workflow efficiency, and measurable productivity gains-while reinforcing safe, secure, and responsible AI usage aligned with organizational standards and governance.
