Senior Test Lead to oversee end to end testing strategy and execution of an Oracle Fusion implementation

Our client is looking for a Senior Test Lead to support the testing strategies, manage test execution and overall delivery for the implementation of Allegro Software

This role requires you to be onsite 4 days/week in Calgary downtown office

Must Haves:

• 7+ years' experience as a Quality Analyst with at least 3 years as a Test Lead
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and data migration testing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion cloud testing (Finance, HCM, SCM)
• Familiar with Workday and JDE for integration points
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., ADO, HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, Oracle Test Framework)

Education qualifications:

• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of testing activities across Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, HCM,SCM, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and system integrators to define test scope, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage test teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Oversee integration testing between Oracle Fusion, Workday, and JDE systems.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices, including automation where applicable.
• Provide regular test progress reports and risk assessments to project leadership. Support cutover and post-go-live validation activities
