Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Technology Architect (10+ years) to lead the design and governance of enterprise Business Intelligence and analytics solutions leveraging Power BI, Azure & Dynamics 365 and modern data platforms while guiding long-term analytics and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of enterprise BI and analytics architectures aligned with organizational strategy
• Define and enforce BI standards, governance, and best practices
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Power BI and Azure-based analytics solutions
• Oversee integration of BI solutions with Dynamics 365, data warehouses, and APIs
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and adoption of Microsoft Fabric
• Design and implement data security models, including Row-Level Security
• Support modernization and phased retirement of legacy BI platforms
• Guide development teams through solution design, prototyping, and implementation
• Use Git and Azure DevOps to support collaborative development and release management
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Must Haves:

• Reliability Clearance
• 10+ years of enterprise BI and analytics architecture experience
• Advanced Power BI architecture experience (deployment pipelines, environments, optimization)
• Strong experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects architecture and governance
• Strong data modeling and SQL expertise
• Experience defining BI governance, standards, and strategy
• Experience with Git and DevOps practices
