Our client is seeking a Senior Techno/Functional Oracle Analyst to configure and optimize the inventory module within Oracle Fusion.


This role focuses on maintaining stable and scalable SCM systems across inventory, procurement, costing, supplier portal, and related modules. Working with Oracle Fusion solutions, you will ensure continuous operational excellence and reliability. The position enables efficient, data-driven supply chain operations supporting multiple business units.


Hybrid 3 days/week onsite in Calgary or Edmonton


Must Haves

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion supply chain applications, including inventory and procurement modules
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices supporting incident, problem, and change management under defined SLAs
  • 3+ years of functional work experience in supply chain operations
  • Post-secondary education in Information Systems or a related field


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle Redwood or Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
  • Exposure to ServiceNow environments
  • Familiarity with supplier management and requisition processes
  • Availability for on-call rotational support


Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day reliability of clients supply chain systems, providing Tier 2/3 support, managing incidents and service requests, and ensuring SLA commitments are consistently met

• Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand issues, clarify requirements, and translate operational needs into clear, actionable outcomes

• Support and improve Oracle SaaS supply chain solutions, including inventory, procurement, costing, supplier portal, and related modules across releases and enhancements

• Lead operational readiness for system changes, supporting UAT, deployments, patching, post-release activities, and the transition from delivery into steady-state operations

• Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis, identifying system and process enhancements, and strengthening long-term support and maintenance practices

• Enable smooth business operations, supporting critical processes such as month-end activities, integrations, and system monitoring to ensure stability and performance

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert, maintaining documentation, guiding best practices, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues
