Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with ITSM experience to create reports/dashboards, perform data analysis and process mapping for the selection of a Digital Workspace Solution

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Edmonton or Calgary

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have strong hands on experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation etc.)
• Create/Complete Process maps of current and future-state workflows
• Perform/Complete UAT test scripts, execution plans, and summary reports
• Perform/Complete Data analysis from multiple sources with varying levels of quality
• Must have experience with (ITSM) ServiceNow including creating reports and building dashboard for the selection of a Digital Workspace Solution

Responsibilities:

· Analyze and interpret data from multiple Excel sources to support financial reporting and business unit allocations

· Identify data inconsistencies or gaps, investigate root causes, and propose actionable solutions to ensure data integrity

· Create excel reports to support the identification of gaps in invoice coding validation for current and proposed future state

· Document business requirements, data flows, and process improvements

· Act as the primary conduit between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear and concise communication of requirements and expectations

· Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, collecting business needs, and translating them into actionable specifications for technical teams

· Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate coding of work to appropriate business units

· Support the transition of manual reporting processes into automated, exportable ServiceNow dashboards that consolidate reporting data

· Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
