Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with cyber security (access controls, segregation of duties, Persona development) experience to work with business and IT stakeholders for remediation project

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Edmonton or Calgary office

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong business case capabilities
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional groups
• Operational Process development
• Test Strategy and Planning
• Must have Security experience; access controls, segregation of duties and Persona development ideally within Oracle

Nice to have:

• CBAP

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy and Test Plan: Ability to define a Test Strategy, tailored to the complexity and risks associated with each project. Development of a test plan that is tailored to the project objectives, complexity and schedule constraints.
• Test Coordination: Experience in guiding project resources through SIT and business users through UAT; supporting PM and Business Leads to track completion of SIT & UAT, creating and/or Reviewing Test Scenarios/Test cases; producing Defect Reports that support decisions on production readiness.
• Cyber Security & Financial Controls: Knowledge and experience in cyber security, including access controls, segregation of duties, Persona development - ideally in Oracle.
• Schedule Driven & Detail Oriented: Ability to manage and organize work under tight timelines and pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
• O365, Teams, SharePoint: Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint, with at least 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science-related field preferred
