Senior Solution Architect to assist in the development of Azure cloud environment using LogicApps, and to integrate with GCP and AWS for our public-sector

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to assist in the development of Azure cloud environment using LogicApps, and to integrate with GCP and AWS

Candidates must be located in Calgary. Will be on-site in Calgary, with some remote work available. 37.5 hour work week.

Must haves:

• 8+ years of experience as Solution Architect focusing on production environments in Microsoft Azure including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• 5 years of experience with Logic Apps, focusing on designing and developing custom applications
• Certification in AZ-104
• Experience coaching/mentoring teams to translate development needs into secure, reliable and scalable solutions within Azure

Nice to haves:

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate and Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Infrastructure as Code in Azure for seamless integration with a GitHub CI/CD pipeline.
• Requirements Gathering: Strong skills in gathering requirements with a proven track record of large-scale implementations similar to The City of Calgary’s infrastructure.
• Previous Public Sector experience

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Cloud Operations Expert with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate's primary responsibilities will involve the implementation and maintenance of experiment, development and production environments in primarily Microsoft Azure while some AWS and GCP. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure within our Technologies department.
