Our client is looking for Senior ServiceNow Administrator to provide ongoing support, administration, configuration and to help expand the service catalogue
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of user role and access management in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, etc.).
