Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Project Manager (10+ years) to support the the delivery of an SAP Solution (S4/HANA) for various departments and agencies within the Public Sector

Description:

Our client is leading a transformation initiative to modernize finance and materiel management in the public sector through digital innovation. The strategy focuses on:

  • Providing timely access to reliable, GC-wide information.
  • Enabling cost-effective and sustainable financial management services.
  • Designing standard, streamlined processes and common data structures.
  • Building modernized, common systems to replace departmental platforms.

Must Have:

  • Valid Secret Clearance
  • 5+ years with SAP Activate Methodology
  • 5+ years with Focus Build and the use of Solution Manager for ALM with ECC or S/4 Hana deployments, enhancements and maintenance
  • Familiarity with RAID management and related tools
  • Proficient in creating Gantt Charts, and WBS
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • At least one of the following certifications:
  • PMI: PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP
  • Prince2: Practitioner, Agile Practitioner
  • MSP, P3O, MoP, MoR (Practitioner Level)
  • SAP ASAP or SAP Activate Certification

Tasks:

  • Manage project teams using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Define and manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Identify resource needs and coordinate assignments with program managers
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations and execution
  • Lead project scoping and requirement-gathering activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
  • Coordinate work across all project phases and resource teams
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare status reports
  • Review deliverables for completeness and quality
  • Maintain organized project documentation
  • Escalate and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage internal and external approvals
  • Monitor for scope creep and re-scope projects as needed
