Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Secret Cleared MS Dynamics 365 Developer ( 10+ Years) to Build Solutions & Configure M365/Power Platform within the Public Sector

The objective of this assignment is to develop innovative technology solutions in line with enterprise and solution architectures currently existing or to be developed some time in the future. Once tested and deployed, solutions thus developed will have the ability to manage the Agencies’ business processes under various granting programs. These solutions must be flexible enough to address requirements for new funding opportunities that are aligned with the designed business processes. The newly developed, integrated solutions will replace legacy systems and manual processes, will achieve better data integration, will raise operational efficiencies, will enhance stakeholder interaction, and will enable reporting that is currently not possible in certain areas.

Must Haves:

• University Degree of College Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution related to IT OR 15 years of work experience as a Software Developer
• 1 project within the last 5 years as Software Developer using MS Dynamics 365 with MS Power Platform

Tasks:

• Develop solutions by producing a detailed design from the high-level and detailed requirements

and the high-level design, including flow charts, process diagrams, workflows, and other relevant

diagrams.

• Translate the detailed design into configuration files for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 base and

Microsoft Power Platform that align with application and network architectures and follow the

high-level and detailed requirements and the high-level design.

• Correct deviations from high-level and detailed requirements and designs by revising the

configuration files.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the solution by preparing and testing sample data by

means of system acceptance test runs made by operating personnel.

• Assemble specifications, flow charts, diagrams, layouts, programming and operating instructions

to document the solution for later modification or reference.

• Develop and prepare a Support Plan that will include planned tasks and proposed service levels

for each support tier.

• Perform issue and incident resolutions as required.
• Work with IT Security on vulnerability, threat and risk assessments.
• Provide knowledge transfer to support teams in IIS.
• Provide ongoing support to IIS support teams.
• Design, development, configuration, testing of the approved software solution.
