Senior SCM Systems Analyst to implement GEP Smart tool for the Procure to Pay process

Our client is looking for a Senior SCM Systems Analyst to implement GEP Smart tool for the Procure to Pay process

This role requires you to be onsite 4 days/week M-Thurs

Must Haves:

• 5+ years' experience as a SCM Systems Analyst
• Coordinate with the SCM Governance Lead on key linkages/interfaces with Maximo as it relates to data migration for the GEP system implementation:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the SCM Governance Lead, SCM leadership, and the cross functional project team on key GEP system design and data decisions, relating to:
• SCM Processes, Workflows, and Approvals
• ISN and Scope Specific Qualification in collaboration with the Health & Safety, QA/QC, and Construction Management teams (including Approved Supplier List/Approved Manufacturer List)
• GEP Supplier Portal
• GEP Interfaces with Maximo and ISN
• Identification of SCM reporting requirements and development of solutions for interfacing GEP data with other systems
• Service and Material Masters
• Materials Management and receiving
• Transition of purchase documents and accompanying transactional data (i.e. receiving documents and invoices) into GEP
• Provide general oversight and direction of all data transfer into GEP
• Influence system data decisions for P2P transaction with respect to GEP and Maximo. This will include price book design and integration, POs, service and material receiving, receipt/invoice matching, and other P2P related topics and system/data decisions.
• Participate in and oversee SIT/UAT results and work with IT, GEP, and client group testers to action technical issues in support of the P2P implementation and rollout.
